Welcome to Rising Sun UK, the UK's new enthusiast Japanese Car Club - Hub for Standard and Modified cars.
Rising Sun UK, is a UK based Japanese car club - hub. Our aim is to become a central hub for both event organisers, manufactures, insurers and alike so that its easier for Japanese Car enthusiasts to get the best deal or part for their pride and joy.
We also aim over the next few months to gather as many of you japanese car lovers from across England, Scotland and Wales. We will be slowly adding more impressive photos of club members cars along with reviews, shows and events. We will hopefully inform you of up and coming events and shows.

RISING SUN INSURANCE SCHEME WITH CHRIS KNOTT INSURANCE - Thu 5 Mar 05:58
Hi to all!
Rising Sun have been in discussion with ourselves about an insurance scheme for members.
We are glad to say that we have signed the deal so I'd just like to introduce myself & our company!
Chris Knott Insurance have been involved with car clubs for over 20 years so hopefully we'll understand your needs & requirements!
The scheme starts for ages 22 and over for Comprehensive cover, & 19 and over for TPF&T cover, though the minimum age is 25 for any performance cars. You must have at least 1 year's NCB.
All drivers must have held a full UK licence for at least 1 year, and to insure a 'performance' car, there must be at least 1 years experience of driving that, or similar performance cars. Unfortunately, the scheme is not competitive on all M - Manchester, L - Liverpool, OL - Oldham & SK1-12 - Stockport postcodes and excludes Northern Ireland.
I'll view the site regularly and try to answer any queries that you have.
In the meantime, please feel free to call the New Business Team when you receive your renewal through. A dedicated team, with years of experience, is waiting for your call! (I personally don't do the quotes).

Hi guys,
Hope you like where Dan and I are taking this site,
Every other Wednesday night up at Matchams they have an amateur drifting night for the banger boys and anyone brave enough to have a go.
We will be having this night as a local club meet, so it would be good to see as many of you there as possible.
It only costs £3.00 so no excuses guys and girls!!!
